GDPR information clause

1. Personal data administrator
   The administrator of your personal data is SIMPLE IT Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at ul. Duchnicka 6, 05-850 Duchnice, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland, NIP 1182313951. Contact for data protection matters: hello@prosteit.pl.

2. Purposes and basis of data processing
   • Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• • handling inquiries and communications – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller),

• • marketing and sending commercial information (e.g. newsletter) – only on the basis of granted consent, Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR,

• • compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

3. Data recipients
   Data may be entrusted to entities providing IT and hosting services, as well as other subcontractors acting on our behalf. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

4. Storage period
   • The data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the indicated purposes:

• • in the case of communication – we process data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, and then for the period required by law or until the statute of limitations for claims expires,

• • in the case of accounting documents – up to 5 years in accordance with legal provisions,

• • in the case of marketing consent – until it is withdrawn.

5. Your rights
   You have the right to:

• • access to your data and obtain a copy thereof,

• • rectification of data,

• • deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),

• • processing restrictions,

• • data transfer,

• • object to data processing,

• • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),

• • lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
