As part of this option, we offer unlimited access to our IT services, which allows for the ongoing implementation of all tasks, without the risk of exceeding hours and additional fees. This is an excellent option for companies that want to be sure that every problem will be solved quickly, the systems will be updated on an ongoing basis, and the costs will remain fixed and predictable. The subscription is determined individually, depending on the scope of service (full or partial), the amount of equipment supported and additional factors, such as the SLA level or availability.

Package of hours

The hourly package (flat rate) is a great solution if you need a set number of hours of IT support per month and want to reduce costs compared to prepaid hours. At the end of each month, you receive a report on the activities performed, which guarantees full transparency and control over orders. Depending on your needs, we offer two variants of cooperation: Standard and Premium. Prepaid hours

Prepaid hours cooperation involves purchasing a specific number of hours in advance, with no time limits for their use. You can allocate these hours for IT support for your company.
