At the end of the month, you receive a report of the work performed, which ensures full transparency and control over the tasks performed. Depending on your needs, we offer two cooperation packages: Standard and Premium. The Standard package includes a basic level of availability, while the Premium package provides higher availability and priority in the execution of requests, which is an ideal solution for companies that care about fast and priority service.
Prepaid hours cooperation involves purchasing a pre-defined number of hours without an expiry date, which you can use for IT services for your company. We track time and report on the requests we have made, while also informing you about the remaining number of hours to use, and when they expire, you buy another package. This is an ideal solution if you do not want to be bound by a permanent contract with us and have greater control over costs, but at the same time you would like to have most of the benefits resulting from the subscription contract.
