What types of IT services are there?

 

Full IT support

We are like an internal IT department for you. We implement, maintain, secure and monitor your IT environment. As part of our full service, we solve everyday problems reported by employees, and when you are considering streamlining processes in your company, we are at your disposal to find and present the best solution. When cooperating on the basis of full IT service, we act proactively and indicate areas whose improvement can positively affect the improvement of your processes or IT security in the company.

Selective IT support

Unlike full IT outsourcing, selective IT support focuses only on selected aspects of the IT infrastructure. This type of support is for you if you have your own IT department, but you would like to outsource some of the tasks to us. In this type of cooperation, we can only handle user requests (first line of support), manage, maintain, configure the IT infrastructure (second line of support) or administer a specific solution when you need support from specialists in a given IT area (third line of support).

Subscription

Subscription cooperation is the most beneficial and effective form of cooperation for companies that want full IT support without having to worry about hourly limits. As part of the subscription, we provide unlimited access to our IT support, which means that all necessary tasks are carried out on an ongoing basis, without the risk of exceeding hours and additional costs. This is an ideal solution for companies that want to be sure that every problem will be solved, all systems will be updated, and in all this they value the convenience and predictability of a fixed fee. The amount of the subscription is determined individually and depends on the scope of service (full or selective), the amount of equipment to be serviced and other factors, such as our availability or SLA level.

Package of hours

The hour package (flat rate) is an ideal solution when you need a specific number of hours to use per month and would like to save compared to the prepaid hour package. At the end of the month, you receive a report of the work performed, which ensures full transparency and control over the tasks performed. Depending on your needs, we offer two cooperation packages: Standard and Premium. The Standard package includes a basic level of availability, while the Premium package provides higher availability and priority in the execution of requests, which is an ideal solution for companies that care about fast and priority service.

 
 

Prepaid hours

Prepaid hours cooperation involves purchasing a pre-defined number of hours without an expiry date, which you can use for IT services for your company. We track time and report on the requests we have made, while also informing you about the remaining number of hours to use, and when they expire, you buy another package. This is an ideal solution if you do not want to be bound by a permanent contract with us and have greater control over costs, but at the same time you would like to have most of the benefits resulting from the subscription contract.

On-demand service

You order support when you need it, with no strings attached. You call us, we come or connect remotely, and we fix the problem, and you pay for the hours you actually work. There are no fixed fees or contracts, you only pay for what's actually done. This is great if you rarely need support and want to have full control over your spending.
